Shipping and Handling
We process and ship orders from our U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. You will be charged and receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders! Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Or, if you need your jewelry quicker, we offer 2-day shipping at $24.95.
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time. At this time, we are able to ship to some international countries. Please email email@example.com for info and rates.
Your happiness is our happiness! Our business was built on service and quality, so our return and replace policy is easy. If your Gemmed order arrives less than satisfactory, we will immediately send you a replacement, free of charge. Any unworn item can be returned within 30 days of the ship dates for a full refund. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how to proceed with your return. Please check size reference images before ordering.
Exchange or Store Credit
